Historia e identidad sexual en las novelas de Sarah Waters

The novels of British author Sarah Waters, which have revolutionised contemporary neo-Victorian fiction, give birth to a historical context submitted by the oppressive moral and regulations of the nineteenth century. Their works are the starting point of this study, which revolves around the female and homosexual subject to marginalization, silence and manipulation of culture and society in a time when the discourses on the values prevalent in today's society arose.
